Ready for the event that stops the nation?

Tacking Point Tavern is raising the stakes with our biggest Melbourne Cup celebration yet!

Join us from 12pm-3pm on Tuesday 5th November and be greeted with a glass of sparkling on arrival to set the tone for a stellar afternoon full of treats (and dare we say horsing around).

In between an indulgent two-course set menu featuring twice cooked pork belly with sweet potato and apple chutney, and Tasmanian Salmon with parmesan crust and green pea puree, guests are invited to enjoy a premium three-hour beverage package, fashions on the field, sweeps and prizes for best dressed, betting facilities and the freedom to roam around early as we’ll open at 9am on race day!

The main event will be streamed live and loud on our big beer garden screen, where you can cheer to your heart’s content (and give Melbourne a run for their money).

Live entertainment will help you kick on from 4pm, ending your best Melbourne Cup yet with a bang.

Tickets for this year’s festivities cost $99pp, or $89pp upon booking a table of 10pax or more – so you’re going to want to get in quick before you miss out!
