Community

At Tacking Point Tavern, we want to be more than just your local.

Thanks to our location in the heart of Port Macquarie, we’re in the perfect position to reach out and help our fellow neighbours in the name of collaboration, philanthropy, and community spirit.

In taking these values to heart, we make supporting local charities, small businesses, schools, and clubs one of our biggest priorities.

If you have an idea about how we can continue to help the community, we’d love to hear it! You can get in touch with us via our contact page.

Raffles

As luck would have it, our regular meat raffles are one of the easiest and fun ways you could help us help the local sporting community of Port Macquarie!

Tacking Point Fishing Club: Fridays from 6pm

Tacking Point Thunder Hockey Club: Sundays from 4pm

Sponsorships

As one of Port Macquarie’s biggest sporting pubs, we see supporting the clubs rearing Australia’s next generation of Olympians as a worthwhile investment indeed.

We’re more than proud to be a helping hand to the following sports organisations:

Port Saints Football Club
Tacking Point Tavern Fishing Club
Tacking Point Tavern Social Golf Club
Surfboard Riders Club
